Replay instead of reply?

I dunno if it is another language or something but when i reply to a post the button i have to click says "REPLAY" instead of reply, also to quote someone it says something like "ZITAT" or something. IDK if its another language you guys use or not but its something I noticed and I thought i'd let you know.
